Services

Laser Cut Blanks & Profiles

We are now able to Laser Cut blanks and profiles from 0.4mm - 6.0mm in thickness. All we require is a .dxf or .dwg drawing file to process and cut the blanks.

Decoiling

We are able to decoil and fully flatten Aluminium, Stainless or Mild Steel into sheet in your specific sizes with tolerances as tight as +/- 0.05mm. Our Herr Voss leveller will ensure that every sheet is panel flat. We can cut sheets up to 12m long and 1.5m wide.

Multi-Strand Blanking

We can cut Aluminium, Stainless or Mild Steel into blanks straight from coil at up to 84 metres per minute with our Red Bud Multi Strand Blanking line.

Shearing
