State of the art machinery from Red Bud Industries allows Clifton Steel to produce Panel Flat sheets and blanks in Hot Rolled, Hot Dipped Galvanised, Cold Reduced and Zintec. We can cut to your specific sizes at speeds of up to 84m per minute.

We stock standard sizes and gauges on our warehouse floor, packed and ready to go for Same or Next Day Delivery ensuring that you can get your steel as you need it with no slow in production.

Galvanised

We can supply the finest Prime Galvanised Steel sheet and coil to British Standards BS EN 10327 in widths of 1000mm, 1250mm & 1500mm and thicknesses ranging from 0.6mm - 3.0mm

Cold Reduced

We stock Prime Cold Reduced steel coil to BS EN 10130, in widths of 1000mm, 1250mm & 1500mm and thicknesses ranging from 0.7mm - 3.0mm.

Hot Rolled

We stock Hot Rolled coil, sheet and plate in widths of 1000mm & 1250mm and thicknesses from 3.0mm - 12mm.

Zintec

We stock Prime Zintec sheet and coil in widths of 1000mm & 1250mm and thicknesses from 0.9mm - 3.0mm.

Bystronic 6kw Laser Machine Now Installed

Clifton steel have now completed the installation of a Bystronic 6kw Laser cutting machine capable of cutting up to 25mm in Stainless and Mild Steel and 15mm in Aluminium.

With over 1000 Tonnes of Steel in Stock in the centre of Birmingham, we are able to supply the West Midlands with laser cut parts on a next day basis and deliver on our own transport at the most competitive prices. Full automation allows us to run production jobs through the night making our service quick and reliable.

Radan provides advanced CNC profiling, delivering maximum precision from laser machines.

For components with irregular shapes, large radii, fewer holes, or the need to have a perfect edge finish, laser cutting programmed by Radan delivers top quality components and products every time.

Laser Cut Parts & Profiles

Clifton Steel are now able to produce Laser Cut profiles and parts on a recently purchased Amada Laser Cutter. We can cut from 0.4mm – 6.0mm in Cold Reduced, Galvanised, Hot Rolled, Zintec & Stainless Steels. This adds another link to the chain of products and services that Clifton Steel are able to offer. All we need is a .dxf or .dwg file and we will be able to process orders on a next day basis.

Laser Cut Blanks & Profiles

We are now able to Laser Cut blanks and profiles from 0.3mm - 25mm in Stainless & Mild Steel and 15mm in Aluminium. All we require is a .dxf or .dwg drawing file to process and cut the blanks.

Decoiling

We are able to decoil and fully flatten Aluminium, Stainless or Mild Steel into sheet in your specific sizes with tolerances as tight as +/- 0.5mm. Our Herr Voss leveller will ensure that every sheet is panel flat. We can cut sheets up to 12m long and 1830m wide.

Multi-Strand Blanking

We can cut Aluminium, Stainless or Mild Steel into blanks straight from coil at up to 84 metres per minute with our Red Bud Multi Strand Blanking line.

Shearing
